SUNDAY SERVICES
WORSHIP
Worship leader will schedule and oversee ministry volunteers in worship team. Worship leader will lead Sunday Service Worship by choosing and performing songs with the team.
Members of Worship team: Perform songs for Sunday Service and attend Worship practice during week. Audition is required.
SOUND
Sound leader will schedule and oversee ministry volunteers.
Members of Sound Team: Control Sound system for Sunday Service Worship and Sermon
SLIDES
Slides leader will schedule and oversee ministry volunteers. Slides leader will collect and build slides for Pastor, Worship & announcements.
Members of Slides Team: Run slides for Sunday Service.
FACILITIES
Facilities Leader will schedule and oversee ministry volunteers.
Members of setup/tear down Team: Transport trailer to and from storage yard; load and unload equipment for Sunday service as well and setup and tear down and load said equipment.
WELCOME
USHERS
Ushers leader will schedule and oversee ministry volunteers.
Members of Usher Team: Assist in helping members & guests to seats, bringing out more chairs, cleaning up spills, passing out communion and giving.
GREETER
Greeting Leader will schedule and oversee ministry volunteers.
Members of Greeting Team: Greet members and guests in parking lot, at the front door and lead inside to usher. Direct them to the HUB for any informational items.
HOSPITALITY
Hospitality Leader will schedule and oversee ministry volunteers.
Members of hospitality Team: Bring, prepare and serve refreshments for Sunday Service. Coffee will be provided by FLCC but need to be prepared by hospitality team.
PRAYER TEAM
Prayer Leader will be directed by lead chaplain to collect communication cards & relay prayer requests from members from any/all forms of communications to prayer team.
Members of the Prayer Team: Receive prayer requests and pray for said requests throughout the week.
STUDENTS
STUDENTS
Student Leader will schedule and oversee teachers for Sunday Service and youth group activities.
Members of Children’s team will plan and teach (or help) Sunday school to assigned class/age group or youth group activity.
OUTREACH
COMMUNITY OUTREACH
Community Outreach leader will receive and/or plan community events. They will schedule and oversee ministry volunteers.
Members of Community Outreach Team: Assist leader in planning and manning events in the church and community.
MISSIONS
Missions Leader will receive and/or plan mission trips. They will schedule and oversee ministry volunteers as well as lead fundraising for Missions Trips.
Members of Missions Team: Assist leader in planning and attending missions & fundraisers.
CHAPLAINS
Chaplains Leader will recruit and oversee ministry volunteers. They will schedule chaplain visits for members as well as continuing education for ministry members.
Chaplains will attend training and assist leader in visiting members in need.
INFLUENCER
Members of Influencer Team: Post approved graphics and text to their personal social media to promote Jesus and FLCC.
HOME GROUPS
HOME GOUPS
Bible Study/Small Group Leader will schedule and oversee group facilitators for Bible Studies/groups.
Facilitators of Bible Studies/ small groups will host and/or lead provided material in their home.
